Greetings from Italy!

As you already know from the last post, I'm currently spending my spring break in Italy.

I made my first stop at Milan, and although the time I had there was short, I was able to make it to the top of the Duomo on my second morning there. The Duomo is unarguably one of the most beautiful architectural work in history, and it lives up to its 500 years' worth of efforts responsible for its creation. Seeing the Duomo in person was unreal, especially after experiencing it, since no such photo will capture all of the magnificent details of this cathedral.

The weather in Milan was relatively nice -- cooler in the morning and warm enough for a light jacket during the day. Since I had to get up extremely early to make it to the roof of the cathedral before it would be flooded with other tourists, I layered my H&M slouchy trench with my leather jacket for a little more warmth -- along with my faux fur stole. I kept the look minimalistic knowing that I would be taking this outfit post in a setting of infinite details. I bought nothing but basic and simple clothing on this trip knowing that I would be doing a lot of commuting by foot and public transportation.

Finding this high-low shirt in H&M on the day before I left was a blessing since this tee is not only soft but also long and flowy enough to be worn as a dress. Paired with some tights and my trusty Acne Studios 'Jensen' boots and I was all set for a whole day of traveling (literally 7hours) to the Amalfi Coast right after getting off the Duomo.

I hope that you enjoy this post, and I honestly can't wait to share my photos in Positano with you in the next few days.
