Classic

Hey guys!

It's been a really long time since I last posted. I don't even know where to begin with this post, so I'll catch you guys up on what has been happening.

In a few hours I'll be taking the last final of my 4 years of undergrad. I'm really excited to share that I'll be graduating in about 2 weeks with a BA in Sociology.

Recently, I started a new job, and I love it so much that I haven't even had time to update the blog as often. Since I'm working at a start-up, the pace is crazy. I feel like I've learned so much more than I've learned with any previous jobs and growing too, which is an amazing feeling. I guess I will also share that since I am currently at Bloglovin, it would make sense that I share my Bloglovin page with you guys (shameless promotion haha (; ).

Although I've been quite occupied, I do have some really exciting projects in the pipeline and most of them revolve around jewelry. I know aside from Instagram, I haven't spoken much about Rocksbox, but I've been liking my recent boxes more and more. By now I'm sure you all know what Rocksbox is all about, so I won't bore you or try to convince you to sign up so that I can get refer points. Personally, I just believe that Rocksbox is really worth testing out if you're not a jewelry enthusiast like me. I've found some really great pieces that I would probably have never thought I would like and being able to wear something once or twice and returning it for something new at a cost of pretty much nothing is a really great deal (because I hate storing jewelry, or I always lose them).

In terms of the blog, I've been thinking a lot about how to make this better. I know this is a fashion blog and it is generally about me, but I do want to have discussions and talk to each and every one of you. I'm thinking really hard about how to make this more interactive, and I would love to know what you guys think. Please feel free to suggest something whether in the comment section or send me an email (I always reply!). If you guys have the time, I would also appreciate it if you can tell me something that you enjoy about the blog or don't and something you want to see more (be honest, I won't be offended). I really want to make the blog better and so your input really helps :)

Anyway, about this outfit: For a dinner with a bunch of friends last week, I decided to go with something casual and neutral. I've been shifting towards lighter washed jeans more since Spring is here. This pair is from J Brand, and it is my favorite pair because not only are they the softest jeans, they also fit me the best (aka make my butt look somewhat there haha). I've been obsessed with this Tobi blazer ever since I received it for a collaboration, and this outfit pretty much adds on to my list of reasons why everyone should own a white blazer.
I don't know about you, but I love fluffy things. It's why my favorite dog is a Samoyed, and I've been trying to hint Shun to buy me a puppy for when he leaves me to Japan to work for like 5 years -- hopefully the clutch will do the trick. I picked this clutch up at Topshop without thinking too much aside from the fact that it just felt so soft and light. I ended up really liking it and I think it adds a glam factor to pretty much any dinner type events outfits.

I really hope that you enjoy the photos and the post. Don't take everything so seriously because this blog is for fun, and it pretty much documents all of the time I spend with Shun. I don't really expect it to go anywhere, but I do want to get better at something if I'm already investing so much time and effort into it.

Thanks for reading this super long post :)
